UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) – Venezuela will always seek to improve relations with Russia, China and other countries who are willing to cooperate, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Jorge Arreaza told reporters on Friday.
“Of course, we will always seek better relations and better support from China, Russia and all the countries of this world who want to help the Venezuelan government and people as the Venezuelan government and people help other peoples in this world,”
