Russia’s S-400 air defense system is a hot item on the market these days.
Not only has Moscow agreed to sell the missiles to NATO member Turkey, but traditional US ally Saudi Arabia is also now interested.
What makes the S-400 so desirable? Well, the system is truly light years ahead of anything western countries have to offer in terms of capabilities.
It’s capable of targeting fifth-generation stealth fighters, cruise and ballistic missiles, and other hi-tech weapon systems. And the effective range extends to 400 km – more than four times that of the US patriot.
