In the final broadcast of a lengthy series of interviews the American film-maker Oliver Stone conducted with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian President confirmed that the US has meddled in all major Russian elections from the 1990s up to the 2012 Russian Presidential election.
According to Putin, the United States “gathered opposition forces and financed them, went to opposition rallies”.
Putin also stated that the worse instance of meddling by the US was in the 2012 Presidential election that Putin ultimately won with 63.6% of the vote.
By contrast, Putin stated that claims about Russian interference in the US political process are a “lie”. He elaborated,
“We have not engaged in any cyberattacks. It is hard to imagine that any country, including a country like Russia, could seriously influence the electoral campaign and its results”.
In recent years, America’s ability to influence Russian politics has been increasingly limited, although in 1996, America openly boasted of helping to secure Boris Yeltsin’s victory in a heated election that he could have well lost to long time Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov.

There has not been ONE election in Europe in which the U.S. did not meddle and the whole world knows the U.S worked hard behind the scenes during the election of the drunkard Yeltsin who opened the gates for Corporate America to come in and fleece Russia. US politicians, almost exclusively, are entirely devoid of any sense of morality.
They appear to have lost all sense of the difference between right and wrong, and have substituted a Christian foundation for a humanist one, whereby the only truth is that one gets whatever one wishes, at whatever cost, and to hell with everyone else.
This is a sorry state of affairs, and in due course, the sickness which has rotted the US body politic will come home to roost with a vengeance, and there will be none to mourn her passing.
It is my experience here in the U.S that humanism rather than Christianity seeks to represent the general population while the so-called “Christian right” will take away whatever social programs we may have or are by definition pro business and anti any form of healthcare. So having been raised in a Christian environment where we are “our brothers’ keeper I do not find that kind of Christianity here. So I want nothing to do with them. The GOP are the “self-righteous” sanctimonious Christians who will stick it to everybody….
You are wrong about Humanism, which I was somewhat involved with about fifty years ago, in a reaction against the “Christianity” I was subjected to as a child. Humanists are far more ethical than most “Christians” I have known.
Christianity does not need to be put into quotation marks. But humanism, like all the attempts of man to cover his nakedness, has no absolutes; anything is permissible depending on the requirements of its practitioners. Everything exists in shades of grey and white; thus if I want something, as a humanist I merely have to rationalize why I should have that thing. This tactic, (and that is ALL it is), of accusing somebody else of doing WHAT YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF, used to be called “transference”.. …… and it is, historically, one of the most effective deterrents for individuals, criminals, countries, political cabals, nations, etc. to bury the acts that they themselves are committing. Namely: Accuse the victims of doing what they themselves have been doing, and raise old holy self-righteous hell. I think that “projection” is the word you seek.
Transference involves creating an identity between one’s therapist, and significant figures from one’s past, eg father or mother.
You beat me to it. Carl Jung elaborated in “the psychology of the transference”, wherein he warned any would-be analyst about cross transference, leading to a romantic relationship between analyst and analysand – clearly wrong. . I am not sure how much I learned from Jung about PROJECTION and how much from elsewhere, but it is one aspect of psychopathy for the perpetrator, such as the enabler of terrorism, to attribute his/her wrong-doing onto the victims and/or some scapegoat, e.g. Vladimir Putin. … yeah a technique used reflexively by socio/psychopaths. They project their intentions / deeds onto the other . Masters in constructing an enemy picture ( Feindbild ) – of one to be hated, murdered, bombed , incinerated …
Why would Russia or anyone else interfere into American elections ,if everybody knows : American Presidents are NOT elected but selected . They are selected by zionists and are their devoted puppets.
Don’t fool yourself into thinking it only happens in these united states. The ‘brotherhood’ is active everywhere.
