MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The trade turnover between Russia and China in the first eight months of 2017 grew by 35.2 percent and had exceeded $54 billion, the figures of Russia’s Federal Customs Service showed on Thursday.
According to the figures, Russian exports to China during the above-mentioned period reached $23.95 billion growing by 39.4 percent.
The customs service added that the Russian imports from the neighboring state reached $30.4 billion increasing by 32.3 percent.
China’s share in Russian foreign trade has also increased by 1 percentage point and reached 14.9 percent.
