All OPEC+ states to fully implement oil output cut deal

RABAT (Sputnik) – All countries taking part in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-cartel oil producers’ agreement on oil output cuts are committed to the deal and intend to fully implement it, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said Thursday.

“Overall I would like to say that all countries are committed to fully implementing the agreement because the deal showed its results, its effectiveness, and all ministers speak of commitment to the implementation of the deal,”

Novak told reporters.
